VELVETBEAN HEAT PROTECTOR spray is designed to protector hair from heat damage. Its formula contains argan oil to maintain smoothness like silk. It contains Polyguaternium-6 to protect hair from damage, blow dryer, Flat iron, curling Iron and other hot tools.

Eligibility for returns: 

The product should be either unopened and unused products within a 7 Days after the purchase.

Shipping and handling fees: The customer is responsible for paying any shipping and handling fees associated with the return.

Refunds and exchanges: The Refund amount will be credited to the customer Bank account.

Exclusions: If the customer do not keep any video or picture while opening the product claiming that are damaged or expired, 
those products that are not eligible for returns or refund.
